Facilities

In Skyline, we have so many wonderful facilities and amenities for our community to enjoy!

The parks are open to SPOA owners, and their guests, from Dawn to Dusk, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be mindful of the noise you're producing, especially in the Summer months when we see the longest days.

The Tennis & Pickleball Courts are available to all SPOA owners, their renters or guests.

Dog waste bags and garbage cans are provided for your convenience. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves and your fluffy pets, so that we can all enjoy our great community! We appreciate everyone doing their part to maintain the beauty in our neighborhoods.

Rentals

Our rental facilities, the Clubhouse, Conference Room, Cabana, and 3 RV Spaces are available for SPOA owners to rent. To check on the availability of each of these facilities, and to find more details about how to rent them, visit the appropriate facility page on this website, through the links above, or from the Facilities menu. You'll need to be signed in to access the rental request forms, make deposits and payments, etc..

Our facilities rentals are managed by the office staff and are handled in the order in which they are received.

Basketball Court

Feel the need to go shoot hoops? We've got a basketball court right behind the Clubhouse. It is not locked. It is open for use by all SPOA owners, renters and their guests from Dawn to Dusk.

Since it is right next to the condo units, we ask that everyone be respectful to their neighbors and consider the time of day and noise & volume levels.

Waterfront Cabana

With its location on the water's edge and the views, the Cabana is a great place for anything from a small gathering of family and friends, to a wedding. This is the most requested rental facility and the building capacity is 50.

Cabana Park

Located at the end of Cabana Lane, this park boasts a terrific beach, plenty of picnic tables and green space to play, and three fire pits. If you're planning a picnic at Cabana Park, you can arrange to pick up keys from the office staff which will give you gate access as well as access to the RV bathrooms.

Please remember to pick up after your pets. Keep alcohol with you at all times, and do not try to "reserve" a fire pit or picnic table. All parks, picnic tables and fire pits located on SPOA property are first-come, first-serve.

Clubhouse

Our beautifully remodeled clubhouse can host up to 225 people and is known for its large room, dance floor, and full kitchen (sans dishwasher).

Clubhouse Park

This park is found behind the Clubhouse on Sands Way. The park includes a play structure, walking trails, and tons of green space. Many deer can be seen at this park almost any time.

Clubhouse Conference Room

There are times when our smaller groups, other associations under SPOA, and owners have a need for a smaller meeting room. When this is your need, we have the Conference Room available to rent. The room is spacious and has a conference table, chairs, a cozy sofa, and two chairs.

Hill Park

There is a walking path, a few picnic tables, and a new playground at Hill Park which is located between Yorkshire and Devonshire Drive.

RV Spaces in Cabana Park

We have three RV spaces with full hook-ups. This spot is becoming increasingly popular due to its quiet and beautiful location, as it is located in our Cabana Park. Just like our other rentals, the RV spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

SPOA owners and their guests are able to use the courts to join the Pickleball groups or play on their own.

Tugboat Park

Tugboat Park is comprised of a walking trail, green grass space, several benches, and a sliver of a sandy beach. Please make sure you place your trash in the garbage cans provided to keep our parks beautiful.

Yorkshire Park

Yorkshire Park is on Yorkshire Drive and just off of Kingsway. There is an old baseball diamond there, a bench to sit and enjoy a nice view, and lots of green space.
