Clubhouse

Our beautifully remodeled Clubhouse is known for its large room, dance floor, and full kitchen (no dishwasher), that can host up to 225 people.

The following amenities are available in the Clubouse.

• A bar with a full-sized refrigerator-freezer, a sink, and a beautiful granite bar top.
• A large kitchen has two microwaves, another full refrigerator, three full ovens, and a cooktop, you can also opt to borrow coffee urns.
• An adjacent 'Meeting Room' space that can be added on to the facility rental for $50.
• An audio system with multiple speakers, with volume control in different zones of the building.
• An 'Aux' Line-in cable that connects to a common 3.5 mm headphones port on many devices.
• An HDMI input is wired through the system to a ceiling mounted HD projector, which you can rent to use for a slideshow, a presentation, or a movie.
• An option to rent wireless handheld and/or clip-on lapel microphones.
• An option to rent the SPOA Chromebook for your event at the Clubhouse.

The NEW Rental Fee (01/01/2022) is $500 per day

The refundable damage deposit is $500. We are currently accepting reservations for 2022 & 2023.

Steps required to reserve this facility:

1. Check the availability calendar for an available date (below.)
2. Fill out the application (button below, must be signed in.)
3. Make payment for the event fee (button below, must be signed in.)
4. Receive a confirmation email from staff (24-48 business hour turnaround.)
5. 2 weeks prior to your event, pay your damage deposit and follow up with staff about any details (button below, must be signed in.)
6. Arrange a time to have the keys picked up for your rental during office hours.
