Conference Room

A spacious meeting room with one large conference table and chairs, and four card/game tables with chairs. The Conference Room is in the back of the building next to the library.

Weekend rentals of the Conference Room can be only be booked no more than 30 days prior to the requested date, and only if the Clubhouse is not already reserved for another party on the same day.

If you are booking the entire building you can add the Conference Room for as far out as the next year for an additional $50. The cost to rent the Clubhouse is $500 (not including the conference room add-on).

We no longer collect Damage Deposits, but we will invoice the Skyline member for any damages to the property, for leaving the facility uncleaned, for staying past your rental time, or any other violation of the rental policy. Owners will be held responsible for any policy violations and subject to the SPOA Collection and Foreclosure Policy.

Entering the facility before your rental is not allowed. (Even if we have given you keys early) If you need extra setup time you will need to book additional time.
