Skyline Committees

Volunteerism is what makes the difference here at Skyline. We have been very fortunate to have creative, friendly, hard-working members volunteer to make up our committees.

All of our Committees are pretty flexible. If you are interested in giving any time to any of these committees, please let us know. Most committees have room for volunteers who can give a bit of time or a lot.

Are you interested in offering your talents and ideas to any of our committees? See below for details.

Architectural Committee

You don't have to have a background in Architecture to volunteer to be on this committee. This committee serves the entire association by making sure that the Division CC&Rs and the SPOA bylaws are upheld.

Parks Committee

Contact: Jack Hartt

The Parks Committee oversees the parks within SPOA. Having five parks keep the committee busy. The trails, courts, playgrounds, picnic tables, etc are all maintained and cared for by the Parks Committee volunteers.

Social Committee

Contact: Marilyn Sage

We have a very fun, active social committee. This social committee keeps our social activities going!

Happy Hour
Easter Egg Hunt
Kids Christmas Party
New Years Eve Happy Hour
Annual Picnic

These events have been a great hit, and we are all looking forward to resuming these activities once it is safe to do so.

Teller Committee

Our Teller Committee gathers once a year, to count and validate ballots for the Annual Meeting in July.

If you feel like you can contribute one day a year to volunteer, this might be the committee for you!

Welcome Committee

Contact: Brenda Kawashima

Our welcome committee was designed to greet new SPOA members. They meet once a month and make up welcome packets and make a list of new members to try and make contact with.

This is a great way to get information and meet your neighbors!
